Itinerary
Day 1: KUALA LUMPUR - ALGIERS
Arrive at Houari Boumediene International Airport in Algiers. Meet and transfer to your hotel for check-in, then proceed for a city tour visiting the Hamma Test Garden and Maqam El Chahid (Martyrs’ Memorial). Dinner and overnight in Algiers.
Day 2: ALGIERS CITY TOUR – TIPAZA – ALGIERS
After breakfast, explore The Kasbah of Algiers, Palace of the Dey, Ketchaoua Mosque, Notre Dame d’Afrique, and Djamaa El Djazair. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then drive to Tipaza to visit its Roman archaeological site before returning to Algiers. Dinner and overnight in Algiers.
Day 3: ALGIERS – DJÉMILA – SETIF
After breakfast, travel to Djémila to visit the Archaeological Museum and the Roman Ruins of Djemila, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch at Avito Djemila El Eulma, then explore the Gorges of Rhumel and Boulevard of Abîme if time permits, before checking in. Dinner and overnight in Setif.
Day 4: SETIF – CONSTANTINE
After breakfast, transfer to Constantine and visit Monument aux Morts, Sidi M’cid Bridge, Palace of the Bey, Cirta Museum, Bardo Park, and El Amir Abdelkader Mosque. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and stroll through the city’s scenic gorges and historic streets. Dinner and overnight in Constantine.
Day 5: CONSTANTINE – TOZEUR, TUNISIA
After breakfast, depart early towards the Tunisia border and continue to Tozeur, a charming oasis town on the edge of the Sahara Desert. Upon arrival, check-in and enjoy free leisure time. Dinner and overnight in Tozeur.
Day 6: TOZEUR – TAMERZA – CHEBIKA – ONG JEMAL – DOUZ
After breakfast, embark on a 4WD desert adventure to explore the canyons of Chebika and Tamerza, then visit Ong Jemal, the famous Star Wars filming site. Lunch at a local hotel, then transfer to Douz, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara", where you can enjoy an optional camel or ATV ride on the dunes (own expense). Dinner and overnight in Douz.
Day 7: DOUZ – MATMATA – EL JEM – SOUSSE
After breakfast, drive to Matmata to see the traditional Berber troglodyte houses, then continue to El Jem to visit its ancient Roman Colosseum, one of the best-preserved in the world. After lunch at Dar Amar, proceed to Sousse, where you’ll visit the Medina and El Kantaoui Marina. Dinner and overnight in Sousse.
Day 8: SOUSSE – KAIROUAN – HAMMAMET
After breakfast, travel to Kairouan, the fourth holiest city in Islam, and visit the Great Mosque of Kairouan, Aghlabid Basins, and Sidi Saheb Mausoleum. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue to Hammamet, a coastal resort known for its beaches and jasmine fragrance. Visit the Old Medina and Yasmine Hammamet area. Dinner and overnight in Hammamet.
Day 9: HAMMAMET – TUNIS – KUALA LUMPUR
After breakfast, visit the Old Medina of Tunis and the beautiful blue-and-white town of Sidi Bou Said, one of the world’s most romantic towns. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then transfer to Tunis–Carthage Airport for your departure flight.
Day 10: KUALA LUMPUR ARRIVAL
